RP Funding Solutions provides the tools for your non profit to maximise its income whilst you concentrate on what’s important - making a difference to the lives of your clients. We have extensive experience in Trusts and Foundations fundraising; since 2022, we’ve raised over a million pounds for our small pool of regular clients, and more still for one-off projects.
We specialise in smaller charities and CICs with massive hearts and are especially aligned with charities working to eradicate poverty, causes affecting women and children, mental health and disability charities, community hubs and international development - but we can turn our hand to any cause. Our clients align with our values; this means that we can seamlessly integrate with your organisation, learn all about it and immerse ourselves within your work; it’s this that really sets us apart. We write the applications as a member of your team would, and because we love small, we offer a sliding scale of discounts on the stated prices for charities with an income published in their last accounts of under £250,000 per annum.
As well as fundraising, we also offer grants administration services and general administation services - as well as assistance setting up your charity or CIC. BID-WRITING We assist with every part of the bid writing process – we will prepare a yearly pipeline of Trusts, Foundations and grants you can apply for – then we’ll get to work writing them. We can work with you on a one-off large project, provide interim support or lead on all the bids you write throughout the year. We have access to all the main grants databases and an extensive knowledge of the UK funding landscape and are well versed in bespoke budget preparation. GRANTS ADMIN Reporting is a major component of fundraising; we can help gather all your case studies, impact reports, photos and impressive statistics, and compile them into interim, annual and end-of-grant reports for funders.
GENERAL ADMIN Outsource your admin to us and we will take over time-consuming tasks such as maintaining databases and CRMS, expenditure comparisons, diary and email management, Gift Aid Claims, meeting administration and compliance. CONSULTANCY If you are a charity in it's infancy or simply missing the vital components needed for funding success, we can help with this. We have experience setting annual budgets, providing advice on registration, banking and setting up, preparing your case for support and so much more.
