General Administration Services

This can include:

  • Updating and maintaining your internal databases; whether on systems such as Excel or Google Drive, or more bespoke CRM and custom-built platforms.
  • Routine correspondence, diary and email management.
  • Checking your utility and overheads expenditure, including carrying out regular comparisons.
  • Getting you set up for Gift Aid and managing your claims.
  • Charity Commission compliance.
  • Administration following Trustee meetings; typing up and circulating minutes and agendas, processing onboarding and resignations and filing relevant documents with the regulatory bodies.
  • Any other ad-hoc administration tasks not mentioned here.

Grants Administration Services

This can include:

  • Keeping a record of all reporting requirements.
  • Writing interim grant reports, end of grant reports and meeting funders’ specific requirements.
  • Working with your wider team in order to identify and store a bank of impact statistics for use in reports.
  • Working with your wider team to develop case studies to impress your funders.
  • Donor management, thanking donors and production of receipts.

Bid-Writing Services (Trusts and Foundations)

This can include:

  • Full budget preparation and working with your Finance team on this if required.
  • Identifying and making recommendations on funders, grants and trusts that would suit the needs of your organisation and / or project.
  • Writing funding applications for you from start to finish, including any multi-stage applications.
  • Working with you to meet a target or cover an organisational budget for one or more years, accounting for any possible rejections.
  • Interim support to plug a gap between employment.
  • Extensive research and prospecting, including pipeline development from scratch.
  • Communicating deadlines to the relevant team members and ensuring wider responsibilities are adhered to.
  • Keeping a record of all funding applied for, to apply for, secured and unsecured.
  • Attending ‘meet the funder’ sessions and networking events with Trusts and Foundations.
  • Completing all administrative and due diligence tasks in relation to secured funding.

Consultancy Services

This can include:

  • ‘Year One’ Setup Services - pre-registration advice (if you are yet to register), including assistance with navigating non-profit banking, setting up payroll and registering your new organisation with the relevant bodies.
  • Full budget preparation and working with your Finance team on this if required.
  • Providing you with systems and processes to track applications or streamlining your current ones so that your goals and targets are clear.
  • Researching and identifying funders to match your needs and cover your organisational budget for the first year.
  • Preparing a case for support and your first funding application, to use as a baseline for future applications.
  • Creating a pipeline of grants to apply for over the next twelve months.
  • Full contact details of all funders, insider knowledge, deadline dates and hints and tips.
  • A spreadsheet to track funding secured, applied for and unsecured.
  • Production of a three-year fundraising plan.
